Conditions of Hire

Title to these goods should not pass to the buyer until payment has been recieved for the full amount invoiced. Queries regarding these goods/services or the amount invoiced but be made in writing within 10 days of invoice date. Any guarantee given on repairs/services relates only to the part supplied and work done, and does not cover subsequent other faults. The guarantee on goods cover parts and labour only. No guarantee covers carriage/postage and packing or service calls. Trade sales carry only manufacturers warranty if available. Equipment hired is to be covered by hirer's insurance. Terms are nett monthly.
